Will you be my Valentine, mom?

Single Jewish men across the globe are showing their mothers that they love and appreciate them, by sending them flowers this Valentine’s Day.  According to a new poll conducted on Jewcier, the niche dating site that provides Jewish singles with a fresh, new alternative to online dating, a whopping 75% of single, Jewish men will mark the holiday of love by celebrating their mothers.

And, although Valentine’s Day is not a Jewish holiday, more than 90% of single Jewish women and 80% of single Jewish men would love to celebrate the holiday of love. But most of Jewcier’s respondents aren’t sitting at home, eating pints of Ben & Jerry’s while crying through romantic movies, and bemoaning their single status. Rather, 83% of Jewish women respondents will spend Valentine’s Day going out and celebrating with friends.
